  1. Check the status above. If the official ElevenLabs status page shows an active incident, the problem is on the service side and your settings are not the cause: wait until it is fixed.
  2. If there is no incident but ElevenLabs still does not respond for you: reload the page, sign out and back in, try another browser or a private window, and update the app.
  3. Check your plan limits. When the message or request limit runs out, the service returns an error or asks you to wait.
  4. Using the API: error 429 means a rate limit, errors 500-503 mean a problem on the service side. Retry with a delay that grows after each attempt.
