AI implementation
AI implementation for business
I help companies put AI where it genuinely saves people time. No slide decks about the future: an audit, a pilot in one area, a clear result, and only then scale.
Where AI implementation starts
Most companies start with the question "which AI should we buy". A better question is which work repeats every day and eats up hours. That is where AI pays off fastest.
I review the process as it is, find two or three points where agents or automation will pay off, and run a pilot on one of them. The pilot runs alongside people, so you can see where AI copes and where a human is needed.
Only then do we decide what to scale. That way the project does not turn into an expensive toy nobody uses.
Where AI works in a company
- 01
Sales
Answers to common questions, lead qualification, reminders, handing hot leads to a manager.
- 02
Marketing
Content plans, posts, rewriting, autoposting, monitoring mentions and competitors.
- 03
Support
An AI assistant answers from your knowledge base, does not make things up and hands hard questions to a person.
- 04
Documents
Parsing emails, invoices, contracts and requests, moving the data into CRM and spreadsheets.
- 05
Analytics
Morning summaries: what changed, what dipped, what needs attention.
- 06
Operations
Equipment monitoring and hints for engineers. This is what I am working on in EnergyAI.
Implementation stages
- 01
Audit
I review the process and name the points where AI will pay off. $60, credited toward the project.
- 02
Pilot
One area, test mode, alongside current work.
- 03
Review
We compare with how things were: time, errors, workload.
- 04
Scale
We roll out to other areas one by one, with the option to roll back.
What I do not promise
- 01
To replace your whole team
- 02
Savings percentages before the audit
- 03
Results without human oversight
- 04
Launch by tomorrow
Pricing
- 01
Audit and diagnosis
$60
- 02
Consultation
$60 / hour
- 03
Process automation
from $950
- 04
AI agent system
from $3,600
FAQ
How much does AI implementation cost?
It starts with a $60 audit, credited toward the project. Automating one process starts at $950; an AI agent system starts at $3,600. The exact quote is fixed before we start.
How long does implementation take?
The audit takes 3-5 days, a pilot 2-4 weeks, an agent system from 4 weeks. Scale depends on the number of areas.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
That is why a human sets the rules and every decision has a reason in the log. During the pilot an employee reviews borderline decisions, and the rules are refined before rollout.
Do we need our own server?
Not necessarily. The system can run on your server or mine. Model and server costs are billed at actual usage and estimated during the audit.
Do you work with companies abroad?
Yes, remotely. I am based in Krasnodar, Russia, and work with clients wherever they are.
