AI agents
AI agent development for business
I build AI agents you can trust with daily work: selecting, checking, answering customers, publishing and reporting. Not a chatbot with one prompt, but a team with roles, rules and a log that shows why each decision was made.
What an AI agent is, and how it differs from a chatbot
A model answers a question. An AI agent takes a task and carries it through: it gathers data, checks it against rules, makes a decision, acts and verifies that the action worked. Inside is the same language model, but around it there are tools, memory, rules and oversight.
A single agent rarely handles serious work. So I build systems of several agents with different roles: one selects, another checks, a third writes, a fourth makes sure the result actually reaches the customer. Just like a well-run team where everyone owns their part.
That is how my AI agent newsroom works: every day it runs city news channels, from hundreds of sources to a verified post. I bring the same principles to business processes.
What agents can take over
- 01
Leads and requests
The agent reads a request, understands what the customer needs, replies in your words and hands hot leads to a manager.
- 02
Monitoring
Websites, channels and social media are watched around the clock. The agent drops the noise and keeps what matters to you.
- 03
Content
Rewrites in your brand voice and posts to Telegram, VK, MAX and your website, checking that each post went live.
- 04
Docs and reports
Data from spreadsheets, CRM and email is reconciled and turned into a report by morning, no copy-pasting.
- 05
Analytics
The agent reviews post, sales or support stats and explains what changed and why it matters.
- 06
Photo and video
AI that looks at media: is the image suitable, are there third-party ads, logos or watermarks.
How I build an AI agent
- 01
Process review
I look at how the work is done today, where time is lost and where an agent will actually pay off.
- 02
Roles and rules
I define which agents are needed, what each decides and which rules can never be broken. You set the rules.
- 03
Pilot
One area, test mode, alongside current work. We compare the agent's decisions with people's.
- 04
Rollout
One area at a time, with a decision log, monitoring and the ability to roll back.
The rules my agents stand on
- 01
Only facts from the source
- 02
Every decision has a reason
- 03
Silence beats a weak result
- 04
A human sets the rules
FAQ
How does an AI agent work?
The agent receives a task or an event, gathers the data it needs, checks it against rules, makes a decision and acts: replies, publishes, updates the CRM. Then it verifies the action worked and records why it decided that way.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers when asked. An agent works on its own, on a schedule or triggered by events, uses tools and sees the task through. The model inside may be the same; the difference is everything around it.
How much does an AI agent cost?
A bot assistant starts at $360. A multi-agent system with roles, checks and a decision log starts at $3,600. I give an exact quote after a $60 audit, which is credited toward the project.
Can I buy a ready-made AI agent?
Off-the-shelf agents work for generic tasks. If an agent has to follow your rules with your data, it still needs to be configured. I build agents around the process and use ready-made tools where they fit.
Where do the agents run, and who sees the data?
On your server or mine, as agreed. Access keys stay on the server, never in chat threads.
How long does development take?
A bot assistant takes 1-3 weeks; an agent system takes from 4 weeks, including the pilot.
