What AI business automation means
Classic automation follows a rigid script: if this arrives, do that. It works while everything is predictable. But leads are written by real people, documents arrive in every format, and customers ask questions in their own words.
AI closes that gap: it understands text, extracts data, sorts it into categories and makes simple decisions. Combined with n8n workflows, you get a system that does not break on the first unusual email.
The pattern is always the same: event, decision, action, check. A lead arrives, AI understands what is needed, the system adds it to the CRM, assigns an owner and confirms everything was saved.
I am based in Krasnodar. Local companies can meet in person; everyone else works with me remotely through calls, screen sharing and secure access.

I build in retries, a queue and alerts. If a service is unavailable, the task is not lost; it runs when the service is back, and you get a failure notice.
Do you meet clients in person?
In Krasnodar, yes, we can review the process on site. Everyone else I work with remotely.
